Role: Power BI Developer
Location: San Diego, CA
Client: Fluidra
Duration: 6+ Months Contract to hire

Description:
Oversee BI development conducted by the offshore team and thoroughly review it
Work personally on BI development

Responsibilities:
BI Developer & Offshore Coordinator
Take and clarify BI requirements, participate in design discussions, propose recommendations
Provide support in PST hours
Coordinate work in different time zones

Skills:
5+ years of development experience with Power BI
3-year experience overseeing offshore team
3 years experience with databases
Experience with data modeling
Ability to lead projects, assist offshore team with BI development and participate in development when needed
Ability to work with stakeholders, understand business requirements and translate them into actionable instructions
Ability to work flexible hours
Self-starter, team player and project driver
Experience with building project plans
Experience with Databricks and cloud storage is a plus.
Experience with Tableau and/or PowerApps is nice to have.
